(the "provider")
These terms govern the relationship between the provider and the customer (the "customer") when reserving and using parking services near M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava.
The customer creates an electronic reservation via the form at bbautoparking.sk. The reservation must be made at least 18 hours before arrival at the car park. An earlier time can be arranged by phone.
The reservation becomes binding after successful online card payment. The provider sends a confirmation to the customer's e-mail address.
Arrival and departure from the car park are possible only during opening hours: daily 7:00 – 23:00.
The parking price is stated in the price list on the site and depends on the number of days. The price includes the transfer to the airport and back. Payment is made in advance, online by card via the secure Stripe payment gateway. The provider does not store payment card data.
On request the provider issues a company invoice — the customer ticks the relevant option when booking and fills in the company ID and billing details.
Free cancellation or change of the reservation is possible up to 24 hours before arrival — by e-mail to bbautoland1@gmail.com or by phone at +421 905 611 605.
For cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival, or for a no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation price.
Refunds (for timely cancellation) are made to the original payment card, usually within 5–10 business days. The same conditions apply to consumers and to company reservations.
As this is a service provided on a specific agreed date (parking for particular days), the customer, in accordance with § 19(1)(l) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection (and Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), has no right to a 14-day withdrawal from the contract. The cancellation terms under Art. 4 apply.
The subject of the service is the provision of a parking space for the customer's vehicle for the agreed period and the transfer between the car park and M. R. Štefánik Airport and back. The transfer is included in the parking price.
The customer must provide true details about the vehicle (plate, type) and the number of passengers for the transfer.
The vehicle is parked on private property away from public roads. The customer must lock the vehicle properly and not leave valuables inside. The provider is not liable for items left in the vehicle.
The provider is not liable for transfer delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic, force majeure). In case of a significant flight delay, the customer informs the provider by phone.
The processing of the customer's personal data is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Cookies Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. By creating a reservation the customer confirms that they have read and agree with them. Any disputes are resolved primarily by agreement; a customer who is a consumer also has the right to turn to an alternative dispute resolution body.
