Personal Data Processing Policy

2. What data we process

In connection with a parking reservation we process the data you provide in the form:

  • first and last name
  • e-mail address and phone number
  • arrival and departure date and time
  • vehicle registration plate, vehicle type and length, number of passengers
  • departure destination and return flight number
  • for company invoicing: company name, company ID and billing address
  • payment data (processed solely by the payment gateway; card numbers never reach us)

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Handling the reservation and providing the service — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Issuing invoices and accounting — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Communication regarding the reservation (confirmation, change, cancellation) — performance of a contract.

Providing the data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract. Without it we cannot create your reservation.

4. Retention period

We keep reservation data for as long as necessary to provide the service and thereafter for the period required by law (accounting and tax documents for 10 years). Unpaid (incomplete) reservations are deleted on an ongoing basis.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not publish or sell your data. To provide the service we use trusted processors:

  • Tilda (Nocode OÜ) — website operation
  • Make (Celonis SE) — automated processing of reservations
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) — reservation spreadsheet, maps
  • Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) — card payment processing
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — sending confirmation e-mails

Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. Some processors (Stripe, Google) may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
